What’s the best local dish you’ve ever eaten while traveling?

Honestly, I’m not sure I can answer this one.

I love seafood, but when it comes to seafood boils, Louisiana has my heart.

I’ve lived in Georgia. I’ve lived in Texas. I’ve eaten seafood in different places, and I keep looking for a crawfish boil that tastes like the ones I’m used to.

I haven’t found it yet. 😂

There’s something about the way Louisiana seasons and prepares crawfish. The flavor gets into everything. The spices, the seasoning, the way the crawfish are cooked…it’s just different.

And before anyone invites me to another seafood boil in Georgia, let me just say:

It’s not the same. 😂

Maybe I’m spoiled.

Or maybe Louisiana just knows what they’re doing.

Either way, I’ll keep searching.
